On Tap: Where and When
I might yet try to get to another festival this year, but mostly I am focusing now on increasing fermenter and storage volume, while experimenting with sour/funky ales, real ales, and a few different hop varieties. Specializing in Classic ( and Sometimes Wild ) Ales
I started Wild Ass Ales for primarily two reasons.
Reason #1: I love brewing beer. I love drinking beer also, but I love brewing beer even more ( although I do tend to drink it while I brew it ).
Reason #2: The country has gone IPA crazy. I love a good IPA, but there are so many other styles I love as well, or even more, and it actually seems to be getting harder and harder to find them.
I'm really just a homebrewer making beer on a somewhat commercial scale. I take my time, letting the beer tell me when it is ready to drink. I hope you will join me in paying tribute to the classic styles with my home built 1-barrel system.
